Indecent

So, Rissa has been able to un-velcro her diaper for quite some time now.  We have to get her onesie or pants back on her immediately after a diaper change or that thing is coming off!  Yesterday, Zach joined the ranks and now we have 2 indecent babies.  I went up to get them from their nap and as usual, a variety of crib items were on the floor.  Teddies, puppies, the usual stuffed animal debris scattered in the aisle between them.  They haven’t thrown a blanket at each other yet, but it will happen sooner or later.  There was a new item yesterday morning…

are those Zach’s shorts on the floor???      “Hmm, maybe throwing my shorts wasn’t a good idea. How will I get them back?”

I struggled to contain my giggles as I ran back downstairs to get the camera and document this newest feat.  One year/one week old milestone:  Zach can remove his clothing.  This from my child who could care less if he has clothes on or not.  I still don’t know how he wriggled out of those shorts, but it was the funniest part of my day.  I left a message for Matt because he wasn’t at his desk at the time.  “Hey, sweetie, our son just took off his pants and threw them from his crib.  Just thought you’d want to know!”

What will they think of next?

Sidenote:  You can see Rissa’s face in the picture… she is so sick.  She looks like the cutest and tiniest crack addict ever with her bloodshot eyes and tomato-red eyelids 🙁  The poor thing has so much sinus buildup that it’s coming out her nose, her eyes, and going down the back of her throat.  Her whole face is raw, inside to out!  We think she’s getting better with the medicine, but it’s awful for her.
