This morning, I was invited to go to “The Puddle” with some friends and their 16 month olds. The Puddle literally IS a puddle, just 4-6 inches deep at the new aquatic center in town. It’s for the little tiny people and their parents and has a couple water fountains jetting into it and one tiny slide. I have a maternity bathing suit that I’m borrowing from a friend and I’ve had no place to wear it, so here was my chance! Being pregnant is so great. I can wear a swimsuit with great confidence knowing that any areas of my body that I’d usually feel self-conscious about are currently all baby-fied, and therefore automatically cuter! Here is me at the puddle, and the two little cuties I was hanging out with (both are in the background of my picture and then in their own close-ups):
Later on this evening, I finally finished assembling Kiwi’s sweater! The sleeves and hood are now stitched on and we have buttons. Hooch, wearing his all-business expression, sports the sweater’s versatility with this open front/hooded display, assisted by his manager, Matt:
Next we have Chalmers the bear and our favorite T-rex showing off their shapeless bodies and short arms in a matching set. Stunning, ladies, just stunning:
